# ACID

## Rarity Based Staking

SecretLabz will use **Rarity Based** **Staking,**  an enticing system pioneered by great projects like Sappy Seals, Froggy Friends and Squishiverse among others. Scientists earn daily $ACID tokens based on their rarity category using our <mark style="color:green;">Rarity Sniper</mark> rankings. Tiers, Ranks and Daily $ACID accrual are as follows.

Paired with staked NFTs, boosts will increase the yield percentages proportional to the rarity breakdown below:

## ACID Tokenomics

Our system will be designed to balance the $ACID ecosystem and ensure long term sustainability. $ACID purchased on the marketplace will be transferred to the community wallet for periodic burning of the circulating supply as needed. When $ACID is first launched the circulating supply starts at zero until holders begin staking. \
\
Here's a breakdown of tokens to be issued in total, to the team, to the community wallet reserves and to the circulating supply:

The total Phase 1 supply of $ACID token is 500 million and will be pre-minted within our staking contract.

Tokenomics category breakdown:

* **Bunker** - Amount to be kept in the SecretLabz Gnosis safe for multiple purposes, to include community cases and marketplace improvement expenses (Phase 3)
* **Staking Program** - Tokens pre-mined from the SecretLabz NFT staking. This amount was identified to balance the ecosystem for 2+ years. (timeframe assuming 100% staked)
* **Deflationary Measures** - To be used if our token becomes hyper-inflationary.
* **Community and Ecosystem** - 50 million tokens to be used for in-game rewards, prizes, community events.
* **Team Reserve** - To be initially kept in the SecretLabz Bunker for emergency purposes and to eventually be vested for several years.&#x20;
* **Liquidity Beakers** - To be used to incentivize Liquidity Pool participation.
* **Staking Reserve** - To be used for ACID staking as needed.

The $ACID token is a basic ER20 token, contract details to be released shortly before staking commences.
